How quickly can you place a closer?

Within 30 to 45 days of starting the engagement. The system gets built first, before a closer ever takes their first call, so by the time they're placed they have everything they need to perform from day one.

Do you generate inbound leads or run outbound marketing campaigns?

No. I build the sales infrastructure and place the closer who runs it. Lead generation is outside the scope of what I do. You need existing demand and deal flow for this to work.

Do you guarantee revenue results?

No. I guarantee that a trained closer will be independently running your sales process inside a fully built system within 90 days, or you get a full refund. Revenue depends on your lead quality, your offer, and your market. What I can guarantee is that the infrastructure and the person running it will be in place and operational.

How is this different from hiring a sales coach or consultant?

A sales coach or consultant teaches you or your team how to sell better. I do that too, but it's one part of a much larger engagement. How long does the engagement take?

Once we decide to move forward, we complete onboarding and access setup, run a deep diagnostic of your current sales execution, and then begin building the system. Each phase produces tangible outputs that you can review and use immediately rather than abstract plans or future promises.
